unityだけでメッシュ反転できればいいのにって人がいたから反転してくれるくん作ってみてとりあえずうまく言ってそうだけどなんか罠がありそうで怖い

のように面を裏返して、法線を左右反転させて、ボーンを左右反転させて、ボーンにバインドさせれば大丈夫な気がするけど詳しくないので確信が持てない
